Why do you have a minimum order value?

Orders with a value of less than 20 euros (plus shipping costs) end up being a loss for us: Even the smallest orders are packaged by hand in a protected workshop. All orders are treated the same and are shipped as quickly as possible. All that effort has its price.

True costs

We could finance the losses from small orders through customers with larger orders - but we don't want to do that. We believe it's more honest to treat all our customers equally and accept only orders that cover our actual costs.

Transparency

We make an effort to put our cards on the table and openly communicate the minimum order value. In the shopping cart, you have the option of increasing the current order to the required minimum order value with just one click.
